Adventurous bartender from the South of France, with a strong love for exotic & tropical drinks !
I've been lucky enough to experience a travelling bartender lifestyle since my graduation, with work experiences in Hong Kong, my natal France and Taiwan. All of those took place in very different bars, from the vacation resort lounge bar to the crowded sportsbar, and an exotic cocktail bar. It's indeed the opportunity to work with teammates from all around the globe and to share and learn skills and recipes with them that makes bartending such an interesting job to me. That and the challenge of preparing drinks that'll satisfy the various palates of worldwide customers as well !
