Hello, I'm Daniele.
Italian bartender with many years of experience behind the bar. I consider myself very dedicate, hardworker, creative, realible and, most important, honest. I am in love for the cocktail industry, mezcal lover.
In the lasts 7 years i worked in many differents cities such Barcelona, London, Ibiza, São Paulo, Perth, Cairns and Melbourne where I always occupied the main role at the bar, Bartender or Mixology Bartender, and I even have a few years of experience as supervisor or head bartender. I have been working, mostly in my career, following high standards of service like 5 star bars and hotels, michelin star restaurants and private events for VIP, which guarantees from my part high professionalism. On the other hand, I also worked in venues like pubs and discos, which shaped my character to recognise when is time to have fun, too.
