Hello, I'm Elisabeth.
I had a job in Sydney in Circular Quay which is called Dumpling Bar @ Loftus. I worked there around 3-5 days a week, sometimes more. At that job I was mostly on my own. I both opened and closed the bar by myself, did the report of the day, cleaned the bar and restaurant, and locked everything up. If it was really busy on the floor I would always help the waiters bring out the food and clean the tables. At the same time I also worked a bit for Dockside when they needed me. I mostly worked at events and functions for them serving alcohol and canapès. At the moment I am in Melbourne and I have a job at Randy Dragon where we serve wine, beer, spirits and cocktails.
