Hello, I'm Silvia.
I'm a whisky lover and a cocktail bartender. Currently living in London, at the heart of the cocktail renaissance.
so I worked for the Shoreditch Bar Group, I also worked in a family owned hotel in Greece. later on my return to London, I got to work in Koko, in Camden, and at the O Bar in Soho. Learned something new in each place. Soon after the lockdown I had the pleasure of working at the Soho Whisly Club for the summer, where I grew my love of the spirit. after that I moved to higher-end places such as the Waldorf Hotel and the Soho House's members club, looking for exposure to a different type of customer service. I am currently looking for opportunities to either expand or deepen my cv.
