Growing up in Montalcino was a real blessing for me. It gave me the opportunity to become passionate about the world of Food and Beverage and later on hospitality. I studied in Italy and Spain. I worked around Tuscany, Mexico, Spain and Malta. Right now i am working in Ibiza.
