Hello, I'm Stefano.

Friendly, creative bartender from Italy with a passion for finely crafted cocktails, tequila, mezcal, and masterly crafted whiskeys from all over the world, especially from Japan. I love new challenges as they help me improve my skills.

I started working in the hospitality industry as a young man, deciding to upgrade my skills when I frequented the EBS course in London, in 2016, where I challenged myself in many aspects; after getting graduated, because of my not-yet-so-good English, I started working as a barback at the Walrus Room, where I learned the importance of organizational skills to handle busy shift, had the chance to get solid grasps in mixology, and how important it is communication in any bar setting, both with customers and colleagues. After this experience, I worked in many venues, both in London and in Italy, though the dearer place to me and the most valuable work experience I've got into was when a head bartender at The Blues Kitchen Shoreditch, a great BBQ kitchen hosting live music events and, also, host of the greatest Bourbon collection in London. Why was it my most valuable experience? Because of their weekly training sessions covering all of the spirits we sold, in-depth knowledge of Bourbons, all the dishes on the menu, and the leadership skills I was able to learn by dealing with an ever-changing environment and constant follow-ups by the management.
