Over the past nine years, I have built my career within the hospitality industry, progressing from bartender roles to positions of increasing responsibility in bar operations and management. My experience spans cocktail bars, restaurants, and high-volume seasonal venues, where I have developed a strong understanding of both the creative and operational aspects of the bar. I have been involved in cocktail menu development, implementation of preparation systems, staff training, and optimization of service workflows, always aiming to enhance efficiency and deliver a high-quality guest experience. Since 2021, I have been working continuously with Emerald’s Bar in Rome, where I contribute to daily operations, beverage development, and team coordination. During this period, I have also expanded my experience through external collaborations and consulting projects, supporting other venues in menu creation, staff training, and operational improvement. In parallel, I have taken on seasonal leadership roles, most notably as General Manager and Bar Manager at Coffee Pot in Porto Rotondo, where I managed a team of over 20 staff members and oversaw the full operation of a high-volume venue, serving up to 400–500 guests per day during peak season. This role strengthened my skills in team management, budgeting, supplier relations, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Additionally, I completed a training experience at Sips in Barcelona, where I deepened my knowledge of advanced preparation techniques, ingredient development, and high-level service standards within one of the world’s leading cocktail bars. I am currently further developing my managerial skills through a Food & Beverage Management course, with the goal of continuing my professional growth within structured and high-level hospitality environments.
