My main bar experience is from working in the Pressroom, the bar & restaurant of the MGallery by sofitel of Amsterdam. There i learned the basics, to work efficiently in a clean way, and to provide quality cocktails (both classics and from the menu). I had a hand in the crafting of diverse syrups, shrubs and garnishes and participated in the creation of the seasonal menu.
