I've been a bartender in Paris for nearly a year, were i've learned how to behave behind a bar, how to work quickly and efficiently and how to manage the bar stock. Then i moved to Lyon, and i've worked in a restaurant that just opened. In this place i've worked as a bartender, but also in service and in the kitchen. Thanks to that, i've learned a lot on the different places in restaurant industry. After that, i started to work with Club Med where i stayed for 2 season jobs (winter and summer). Then i worked 8 month in London, for both high-end bars of the Ivy Collection and more party bar-ish venue.
