I worked for Restaurant, Cafe, Cocktail Bar and 5 star Hotels, exploring hospitality in all his pure forms. Passionate to simplicity and research behind every drink for ensure the best service. Passionate and dedicated. I mastered most of the techniques for cocktail making from the simple jigger/free pour to distillation in Rotovapor, Milkpunch, fermentation, percolation. Worked for two of the best bar in the London scene right now such as Cahoots and Scarfes Bar. Ready to take over on senior roles or management position without forgiving the roots and what is being a bartender all about.
