

Hello, I'm Stefan.
Hard working and energetic bartender, who always prioritizes service and customer satisfaction.
I usually focus on being as effective as possible. In case there are multiple guests, i try to serve as many as possible at once, whilst still keeping contact with the guest. This was a crucial skill to learn in Club Med, as we had about 600 guests each week and only 3 functioning bartenders, where the rest would do other tasks. Team work is another thing i really have as a top skill. In Switzerland i mainly worked with Italian and French people. As i speak neither, i had to overcome a language barrier, which started of tricky but became a minor problem in the end, and the bar was running smoothly the last couple of months. This i achieved, when i sort of evolved into a person who takes initiative and to do things i didn't want to, just to avoid problems in the bar.
