As my first job experience, "B&B Caffé" taught me how to do cafeteria properly and I learnt how to create and mix cocktsails, how to organize myself and my job to offer the best service. Working for a big company as "Hard Rock Cafe" gave me the chance to develop my personal "character" behind the bar. Smile and patience are the key words which lead to professionality while working in front of people. To reach this level is important to have a good team to work with, because if I am happy in my job place, is easier to let my guests feel welcomed! In "The Martini Club" I kept on learnig how to work fast and clean always maintaining the high standards required.
