Friendly & versatile Bartender - Supervisor from France, with +3 years experience in well known cocktail bars, 1 year in luxury Hotels & 1 year as a Manager.
Thanks to my knowledge acquired abroad and especially in London where I learned a lot about the art of cocktails, mixology & business management. In addition, I am able to train, manage a team and instil my know-how. Endowed with good interpersonal skills, I will be able to bring new dynamism to your team by prioritising customer service with the aim of building loyalty. I will also be able to resolve conflicts between colleagues and resolve issues of difference of opinion. Thanks to my experience and my determination, I am capable to fill many positions in an establishment. I am serious and motivated with real teamwork skills, as well as leadership expertise. My experience within countries like the United-Kingdom, Australia and France exposed me to diverse cultures allowing me to grow and learn new competencies. I have worked in well-known cocktail bars, such as the Experimental Cocktail Club in London, where I have acquired serious knowledge in the world of craft cocktails, mixology and business management. In addition, I have worked in luxury hotels, such as the Hotel Cures Marines Thalasso & Spa Mgallery by Sofitel, where I developed my creativity and my knowledge about spirits.
