Hard-working and fast learner. Although only having an English I have dealt with many customers who have little or no English which I enjoy as it makes an easy task a lot more challenging which is always a fun and means as a bartender/waitress it gives me more of a cultural experience as most times we often end up conversing about each ones country as well as giving me the ability to communicate with any customer no matter what the language barrier is. I highly enjoy meeting people and especially enjoy adding to customers experience by helping them decide, telling them my favourite drinks and of course always greeting the customer asking how they are and making them immediately feel welcome. In a job where you can find the same old routine every day it leaves me with a positive mindset at end of day as I feel like not only did I serve them a drink but I also gave them something to remember or even just by serving with a smile I somehow may have lifted them from a bad day. I believe no matter how stressed or tired one can be that there is never reason to put that on a customer so my work ethic is always to serve with a smile and not just serve a drink/food but actually make the customer feel always welcome as if there at home and they can see me as a friend not just a stiff sleep deprived bartender who hates their job. I come to work happy as I am happy to be there, I wouldn't be in this industry otherwise!
