Outgoing and friendly from Ireland with a hardworking ethic and passion in the hospitality industry. I strive to constantly progress in my field of work.
After working for 4 years as a waitress and assistant manager in a busy restaurant in Dingle,Ireland, I believe I've picked up the skills to be quick and efficient with greeting customers, looking after tables and orders. I then moved to Galway City aged 21 and started working as a bartender in Coyotes Late Bar and as a mixologist in Buddha Bar. Having spent a few months in both, I moved into working as assistant manager, then as bar manager in Massimo Late Bar and Gastro Pub in Galway and was in charge of the cocktail bar, staff and opening/closing procedures. I worked here for over 2 years and I am now currently General Manager in Il Vicolo Ristorante in Galway. I’ve been here since August 2020 and am in charge of orders, bookings, the bar, the floor, roster, staff and the tills and cash. I’m very punctual and creative and have a strong passion for my field of work.
