I chose my path in bartending, it's not only about making incredible drinks but taking care of my hosts and share the positive attitude with a warm smile, this is as valuable as a good drink and it makes such a huge difference for me!
I am easy-going, thirsty to learn everything that has a link with the F&B department. Learning fast and doing my best all the time. I have an eye on the details, especially with cocktails and my aim is to provide the best experience to my hosts. I had the opportunity to being part of the great Palace Hotel Royal's family and improving among them. It was more than a work experience for me but also an enormous human sharing. I have learned how to manage people efficiently, the luxury attitude criterias, as well as being responsible of the bar, when there's no more referent in the hotel as the bar was closing very late. It felt very valuable and it made me act like it was my own business and I gave everything I was able to do by myself. This is the kind of venue made for me, why not in another part of the world as I would even more enjoy if I can use English all day long.
