Hello, I'm Idunn.
I´ve worked a few places including London and the French Alps, now I´ve moved to the Netherlands to study, but would like to keep being creative with cocktails and contribute to a happy workspace!
Previously worked in the French Alps in a high paced resort, Club Med Les Arcs, with up to 600 guests. Anyhow, I don´t easily get stressed, and I always keep an eye out for the details. I´m in general a creative person, and I like bringing that into the bar. I moved to London and worked at a bar named "Benugo". As this bar/ restaurant is located in a movie theatre and next to the London Eye, it was a busy workplace. I kept my head cool, and worked hard. After commencing my studies, I looked for something quite and with more day shifts. I started working at Joe&TheJuice, a high end juicing company, where I became part of a family and team. It was an intense work environment. I was taught how to make proper latte art, and we had a huge focus on hygiene, hence I know how to clean as I go.
