I worked as a bartender in a Casino, I learn how to handle very specific costumers such as gambler and people from high society. I learned how to manage the bar during Poker Tournament with people who were really stressed and my job was to make them forget for a little while that they had lost a lot ... After that I was promoted to the hotel's bar (in the same complex, a 4 star hotel, casino, golf and spa complex) as head bartender. I learned how to do the stock management, managing the staff, training the student. I was in charge of the cocktail menu. It was really a great experience, I learned a lot about myself and my work.
