Hello, I'm Lise.
My direct bar experience is with serving beers on tap, serving wine, mixing coctails from a set menu such as mojitos, sour drinks and various built drinks. Also handling and cutting fruits hygienically, keeping the bar clean and tidy, including clean-up after closing time.
