Hello!! I'm Takahiro, a Japanese enthusiastic barista/bartender. I have licences/diplomas about wine, coffee, tea and Sake. I did Sake seminar for magazine journalists for current cruise company. I'm looking forward to your response!!
Now I'm working for American cruise company as a barista/bartender (as in-charge also). I interned in 4 stars hotel in France as Pastry chef and worked as pastry chef, shop assistant manager, beverage developer, barista/bartender, garçon I Japan. I studied bartending in EBS Dublin and had studied French pastry in France also. And furthermore, I have licences/diplomas about wine(WSET Lv.2), coffee(SCAE Barista and Coffee Instructor), tea(Tea Adviser) and Sake(Sake Sommelier). I can speak fluent native Japanese and English as well (CEFR:B2) and basic communicate level French. Now I've just taken exam of WSET Lv.3 and waiting the result.
