I'm matteo,currently i work for bar caruso caffetteria and cocktail bar like head bartender by 8 yerars, before to make ebs course and become head bartender , almost ten years to caffetteria experience ,this experience give me responsability and good capacity to guide a team,the possibility to meet many peoples improve my communication skills and work to high level , and the most importantly skills for me "education and respect to the guest and the collagues".
