I’m a 38-year-old hospitality professional from Slovenia with over 10 years of experience in bartending, mixology, barista work, and bar management. I’ve worked in various environments—from founding and managing my own bar to leading teams in high-energy nightclubs and cafés. I’m passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences, skilled in cocktail creation, latte art, and conflict resolution. My leadership background includes hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as organizing daily operations to ensure smooth and profitable service. I completed my bartender certification in Barcelona in 2017 and have a strong command of English, along with several other languages.
