Hello, I'm Jenni.
Hi, hola, moi! I am a passionate bartender who has a dream; a dream of working in a nice modern bar with an excellent cocktail list and an amazing atmosphere.
One of my greatest strengths is that I started my bartenders journey in one of the busiest venues in the whole Ayrshire: Ayr Racecourse. The amount of customers could vary between 2,500 per day into 8,000 per day, and bartenders would be working non-stop all night. The same venue also arranges Christmas parties for thousands of people and in those events I was the main responsible for cocktail mixing - and why? Because I was the fastest, and could manage the pressure. I love cocktails and wish to work more in places where I can keep up my skills, for it would be a shame to let all the knowledge to just be lost. So I hope to hear from somewhere soon - but meanwhile, I'll just arrange house parties for my friends with some amazing cocktails.
