

Hello, I'm Jasper.
My name is Jasper Permentier and I'm a bartender from Belgium. I care a lot for guest experience and am always ready to help or assist my collegues, love mezcal and heated whiskey/whisky .
Let me tell you a little about myself: I finished the hospitality & culinary school “Ter Duinen” in Belgium (4 years, you can’t do more in Belgium) and I also have a certificate of specialization in wine waiter, I did internships in both France and Belgium, from bistro to hotel ( Van Der Valk ) to Michelin star restaurant ( La Grenouillère ). After that I went to NY to follow the bartending course of EBS : my first taste of bartending and I loved it. I first worked as a bartender at a Michelin star restaurant in the Netherlands, called Pure C (Sergio Herman). I worked there for 4 months, but I prefered working in a real bar. So I looked for work in Belgium and found a well known bar at the coastside. I worked almost 2 years in L'apereau and there I have learned all the basics and how to become a skilled bartender.
