I'm a young and optimistic barman from Ireland excited to work abroad using my prior hospitality experience and become part of a great team that will help me further develop my bartending skills :)

Experienced in serving guests during busy reception bar evenings and large wedding events. • TEAMWORK: Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced bar by regularly supporting colleagues during busy periods by managing large drink orders, locating the correct spirits and products, and stepping in to assist team members when they were under pressure. • LEADERSHIP: Proactive and supportive team member who regularly volunteered to train and assist new colleagues during quieter periods. Also served as Class Representative for three years during college, acting as a liaison between students and lecturers and helping to coordinate student activities. • BAR & MIXOLOGY SKILLS: Practical knowledge of free pouring, flair bartending, cocktail preparation and mixology, as well as a strong understanding of spirits, beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages. Familiar with alcohol brands, the history and origins of various drinks, responsible service, relevant alcohol laws and maintaining high standards of bar cleanliness and organization.
