Guatemalan hospitality professional and EBS-certified bartender. Responsible, adaptable, and internationally minded, with strong customer service, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

I have professional experience across hospitality, customer service, administrative support, purchasing, and inventory control. My background includes Quick Service Food & Beverage at Walt Disney World and experience in hospitality and customer-facing environments, where I developed strong teamwork, adaptability, intercultural communication, and guest service skills. In my current role, I review purchasing reports, verify invoices and orders, coordinate information, negotiate with suppliers, and support inventory planning. These responsibilities have strengthened my organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills. I recently completed the intensive International Bartender Course at European Bartender School in Berlin, gaining practical experience in cocktail preparation, free pouring, flair, bar organization, customer service, and teamwork in an international environment. Living and studying in Germany reinforced my goal of developing an international career in Europe. Alongside my professional experience, I am completing professional coach training with iPEC, strengthening my active listening, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and people-development skills. I am especially interested in international opportunities that combine hospitality, customer experience, coordination, communication, and working with people from different backgrounds.
