I have 9 years of experience working in a family-owned bar, where I developed strong customer service and communication skills. Over the years, I took on increasing responsibilities, from preparing coffee and serving customers to creating and managing the aperitivo service and preparing cocktails and drinks. Working in a family business taught me to be responsible, flexible and reliable. I am comfortable working under pressure, working independently and supporting my colleagues as part of a team. After completing the EBS Bartending Course, I am now looking to build on my previous experience, further develop my bartending skills and gain international experience in the hospitality industry.
