Hospitality manager with proven experience in leadership and service delivery across fast-paced resort and venue environments. Skilled in improving revenue, managing teams of 20+, and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction (93 NPS).

I have built my hospitality career across resort management, venue management, business development and food & beverage operations, working in both the UK and French Alps. My experience has given me a strong understanding of delivering exceptional guest experiences while balancing commercial and operational priorities. Most recently, I worked as a Resort Manager in Courchevel, overseeing resort operations, a team of 20+ staff and the guest journey from arrival through departure. I was responsible for team leadership, operational standards, logistics, budgets and guest satisfaction, achieving a 93 NPS while operating 9.5% under budget. Alongside operational management, I have experience in F&B, cocktail development, menu design, pricing, GP management, supplier relationships and staff training. I have also worked in business development and hospitality consultancy, helping venues improve their operations, revenue performance and overall guest experience. I thrive in fast-paced, international environments and enjoy leading teams, solving problems and maintaining high standards. I am particularly interested in progressing my career within luxury hospitality, where attention to detail, professionalism and exceptional service are central to the guest experience.
