I started my career as a Trainee at Resort Rio, where I learned the fundamentals of hospitality operations, guest service, and professional workplace standards. After that, I worked as a Steward at Autumn leaf Bistro, where I was responsible for serving guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. I then joined Starbucks as a Barista, where I prepared beverages according to company standards, handled cash and POS operations, maintained inventory, ensured food safety, and delivered exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Most recently, I worked at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa, where I further strengthened my hospitality skills by providing personalized guest service, working closely with team members, and maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury hospitality brand.
