Hello, I'm Billy.

I'm friendly, reliable, and enjoy working with people. I learn quickly, and enjoy working under pressure. I always try to create a positive experience for customers, whether that be simply having a chat, or giving them a reccomendation.

I recently completed the European Bartender School's 4-week International Bartender Course, achieving the highest grade in my class. During the course, I learned to confidently make over 70 classic and advanced cocktails under time pressure, while also developing skills in flair bartending, free pouring, and bar theory - including knowledge of brands, classifications, and history of spirits, beers and wines. More recently, I worked independently at a beach club in Kos where I was trusted with managing the bar on my own, ensuring customers had a great experience, and creating signature cocktails that matched the relaxed atmosphere and style of the beach club. This role strengthened my initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work and prepare efficiently without constant supervision. Working as a ski instructor helped me develop strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work with people of all ages. It also taught me how to stay calm under pressure and adapt to different situations. Across all of these experiences, I've learned the importance of being reliable, hardworking, and providing excellent customer service. I'm confident working both as part of a team and independently, and I'm always keen to learn, improve, and contribute wherever I can.
