I have experience working in luxury hospitality through Disney Cruise Line, where I was selected as part of the Opening Crew and worked in demanding, high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional quality and guest service standards. This experience strengthened my ability to perform under pressure, collaborate with multicultural teams and consistently deliver excellence. I graduated from the European Bartender School (EBS), where I trained in 66 classic cocktails, mixology, cocktail storytelling, free pouring, working flair fundamentals, wine and beer knowledge, bar operations and premium guest service. I am passionate about continually expanding my knowledge of spirits, coffee, wine and modern cocktail techniques. As the founder of two food and beverage concepts, I developed practical experience in menu engineering, beverage creation, food pairing, inventory control, cost management and customer service. My goal is to build a long-term career in world-class bars where I can contribute creativity, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality while continuing to grow as a bartender.
