I have worked in multiple hospitality roles across England, with my most enjoyable experiences being behind the bar. It was working in a nightclub which sparked my interest in mixology, particularly through exposure to a wide range of creative cocktails with unique and unfamiliar ingredients. This encouraged me to research further and begin experimenting with cocktail making at home, where I developed a strong passion for the craft. I enjoy travelling and meeting new people, and I consistently aim to build strong rapport with both customers and colleagues. Bartending has helped me develop discipline, confidence, and strong communication skills. I am now keen to continue progressing and developing my career within the industry.
