I have been working in hospitality for the past 3 years and started bartending since 2025. i am driven charismatic and conversational and want to learn as much as i can where ever that may take me around the world.
For the past 3 years I have worked within the customer service / hospitality industry in various roles. From my experience within the hospitality industry, I have had to deal with multiple intense and high-pressure situations. I believe that customer satisfaction and the guest journey is a priority, and my main role is to put a smile on the face of the customer, no matter what mood they may enter the building in, People will return to a place based on the experience they have had.
