Passionate Italian bartender with 3 years of experience, specialized in cocktails and mixology, with a strong passion for hospitality and international environments.
I have around 3 years of professional experience as a bartender, working in hotels, cocktail bars and seasonal destinations in Italy. I have completed five seasons, including three winter seasons in Trentino at Sporting Hotel Ravelli in Marilleva, where I progressed to Second Bartender. My experience includes cocktail preparation, mixology, high-volume service, customer care, bar management support and working with international guests. I am comfortable in fast-paced environments and always focus on quality, efficiency and creating a great atmosphere at the bar. I recently completed the International Bartender Course at European Bartender School in Barcelona, strengthening my technical skills, product knowledge and creativity behind the bar. I speak Italian (native), English and Spanish, and I am open to new challenges and international opportunities, especially in mountain destinations and winter seasons.
