I discovered the world of bartending and catering, an extraordinary environment filled with delicious products and a multitude of talented and unique personalities showcasing them. My curiosity, as well as that of my palate, was awakened, constantly seeking new answers and new challenges. After three years at "Le 42," where I held various positions and worked different shifts, gaining diverse perspectives on the smooth running of service and the organization of the establishment, I decided to further my professional development by enrolling in the European Bartender School. Having graduated with flying colors, I am now ready to return to the workforce! I look forward to working with you! Sincerely.
