Passionate and creative French bartender. I always work with good humor and a positive attitude because, in my opinion, a good atmosphere is essential for providing quality service!
I discovered bar and catering at the beginning of 2023 and stayed loyal to it. This profession made me meet an extraordinary environment, filled with tasty products and a multitude of atypical and talented personalities able to highlight them. My curiosity and that of my palate are awake, constantly seeking new answers and new challenges. For these reasons, after 3 years in the same establishment, I decided to resume my quest and professionalize myself further. Starting with a Bartending and Mixology course at the European Bartender School (EBS), which I completed when I graduated with 95% results in final exams. I participated in the opening of Bendor Island with the group Zannier Hotel for the 2026 summer season as a bartender at Nonna Bazaar. A rewarding experience both in the luxury hotel/restaurant industry and on the opening aspect of an hotelier complex, and all the challenges are introduced to it. I would like to submit my application to your distinguished establishment, in order to perfect my experience and implement my skills, with the aim of offering a service that is as effective as it is qualitative and tasty.
