I have experience working in both the hospitality and customer service industries, with a strong focus on communication, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer experiences. I worked as a bartender at Saggy Stone Brewing Co. from March 2022 - January 2023(10 months), During my time there I was responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining high standards of customer service, handling cash and card transactions, managing stock levels, and ensuring the bar area remained clean and organised at all times. The role required me to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while building positive relationships with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, my formal training at European Bartender School provided me with professional knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, bar operations, and responsible alcohol service. Alongside my hospitality experience,from July 2024 - October 2025 (1 year,4months) I also worked as a customer service representative at a call centre called EXL Services in Cape Town, where my daily duties included assisting customers with queries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently, handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, taking payments and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication. These experiences have strengthened my interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in customer-focused environments.
