I have developed a solid understanding of raw ingredients through my past experience in the kitchen, where I also learned effective stress management and work organization, even in high‑pressure environments. Through my bartender and mixology training, I acquired the fundamental techniques of bartending and expanded my knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers. I have also memorized 66 cocktail recipes. Additionally, the mixology course taught me how to prepare and preserve syrups, shrubs, and cordials. My background in the culinary world gives me a strong advantage in identifying, balancing, and pairing flavors, which supports me in creating original and well‑structured cocktails.
