I’m a driven and detail-oriented bartender with a strong hospitality background, having worked in fast-paced, high-volume environments including Ardnamurchan and Rioja, where I also stepped into a store manager role. These experiences have given me a solid foundation in both service and leadership, from running smooth shifts and managing stock to training new team members and maintaining high standards across the board. Starting in front-facing roles and progressing into management has shaped a strong work ethic and a hands-on, team-first approach. I’m confident working under pressure, keeping service efficient while still delivering a polished, personable experience to every guest. I’ve developed strong communication skills, the ability to read a room, and a natural instinct for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Alongside this, my passion for bartending and mixology has grown through hands-on experience and training, allowing me to refine my knowledge of cocktails, flavour pairings, and presentation. I take pride in the details—whether that’s a perfectly balanced drink or the overall flow of service behind the bar. I bring a mix of creativity, leadership, and reliability to every role, and I’m always looking to grow within the industry while contributing to a team that values high standards and great guest experiences.
