Completed the International Bartender Course at EBS Phuket, where I learned 60+ classic cocktails, speed and service techniques, and bar workflow. Previously worked as a Store Operations Assistant at ALDI Suisse, gaining experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments with high service expectations. Developed strong communication skills, handled pressure during peak hours, and maintained efficiency and attention to detail. Additional experience includes military service in the Swiss Army, where I strengthened discipline, teamwork, and responsibility.
