Hello, I'm Simon David Jacques.
Dynamic, determined, and empathetic are the words that best describe me. I want to be the best with my team behind the bar and ensure that every customer has the best night of their life.
Since I was little, I worked with my father in his café bar in our hometown and became accustomed with the customers. I fell in love with the close connection and the desire to be the best for them. When I experienced for the first time bartending, outside of my city and my comfort zone, I understood that I was made for this profession. So I went to EBS to develop my skills and share my passion with the customers I meet.
