Professional Experience For the past 3 years, I have worked as a bartender at Dollino, a high-volume restaurant and bar located in Piazza Grande, Livorno. In addition, I have 1 year of experience as a nightclub bartender in the Livorno area, where I gained valuable experience in fast-paced nightlife operations, high-volume drink service, teamwork, and customer engagement.
