Having worked in hospitality since I was 16, starting as a waiter, coffee barista, and barback, the bar environment has always felt like home to me. However, stepping behind the cocktail station is where I found my real passion. Right after completing my EBS course, I was handed a major challenge: taking on the Head Barman role solo at a busy summer venue after the primary bartender left. Instead of backing down, I embraced it as an incredible learning opportunity. Running a high-volume station on my own taught me the power of smart preparation. I take pride in setting up a clean, hyper-efficient line and developing pre-batches, like pre-diluted Negronis with bitters included, so I can fire off drinks at lightning speed without ever sacrificing quality. Beyond speed, I love connecting with people at the wire. Whether it's keeping the team vibe light and fun during crazy rushes or sharing cool spirits trivia with guests, guest interaction is key for me. During my last role, I had the freedom to innovate. I introduced new menu proposals and created signature hits like a Mezcal Bloody Mary with olive brine and agave, while actively guiding indecisive guests toward profitable, high-end offerings. With a strong work ethic built on years of hands-on experience, I bring reliability, speed, and continuous drive. I’m now looking to join a great, friendly team in a major city or abroad where I can keep growing toward my long-term dream of eventually building my own concept.
