Outgoing, memorable bartender from USA graduating top of my class at EBS. I bring a strong hospitality mindset, excellent guest engagement, and an eagerness to learn more.

I have several years of experience in customer-facing roles where service, communication, and efficiency were essential. Before bartending, I worked as a senior insurance underwriter and sales professional in California, where I ranked in the top 5 nationally among more than 10,000 representatives and generated over $1M in annual sales. This experience developed strong interpersonal communication, upselling ability, and the skill to quickly build rapport with clients — all highly transferable to hospitality. I also worked as a server at Patxi’s Pizza in Redwood City, delivering attentive service in a high-volume dining environment with large party checks and fast service expectations. There I learned the importance of timing, teamwork, and maintaining a polished guest experience during busy shifts. Most recently I completed professional bartending training at the European Bartender School, graduating top of my class. I am confident preparing classic cocktails, maintaining efficient bar workflow, and providing energetic, guest-focused service. I’m excited to continue developing my craft behind the bar while contributing to a great team and atmosphere.
