Hello, I'm Cassandra.

Canadian bartender currently living in Spain and loving the European hospitality scene! I thrive in busy bars and refined venues alike, connect easily with guests, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Bartending is something I genuinely love. I thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where every shift is different, and you never know who you're going to meet. Working in hospitality in various cities and countries has allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life, explore new cultures, and create positive experiences for guests, which is what motivates me the most. I speak English and German fluently and am continuously refining my Spanish and French to improve my working proficiency. Through my experience working in bars, restaurants, retail, sales, and customer support roles, I've developed strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers from all backgrounds. I enjoy making people feel welcome, whether that's through great service, a good conversation at the bar, or simply creating an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable, excited to be there, and want to keep coming back. I've worked across a wide range of venues, from more refined dining environments to casual restaurants and very busy late-night dive bars, and I'm open to working in any type of establishment. I enjoy adapting to different atmospheres and learning the style of service that best fits each venue. I'm a very hardworking and adaptable team member. I work well under pressure, move quickly during peak hours, and always look for ways to support the team and keep things running smoothly. In several of my roles I very quickly became a trusted team member responsible for training new hires and helping coordinate workflows. I'm always willing to step in wherever needed, eager to keep learning, improve my skills, and continue growing as a bartender (and in the hospitality industry in general) while contributing to a positive team environment and smooth service.
