I was fortunate early within my career to work within a 5- Star London based hotel, where top service was essential. As a waiter, I was mentored and taught about exceptional high end service and excellent customer experience. I have transferred this learning into all of my subsequent work experience, in maintaining my bar/service area to high specification, applying flexibility in supporting my team by assuming other roles when needed (hosting, waiting, etc.) and have sought opportunity for growth by supporting managers with respective tasks (such as managing stock delivery and organisation, bar hygiene, etc.). I am multi-talented in the service industry, but have a thirst for continual growth and development (hence completion of my Bartending Certificate). I also have trained new starters on the bar, ensuring they are supported and coached accordingly to the highest standards. I am driven and fascinated by mixology, and want to continue to develop my skills and knowledge within the industry. I am very interested in learning more about marketing, and have enjoyed building my historical, cultural, global, etc. understanding within this industry.
