Hello, I'm Eve.
A graduate of the European Bartender School, I am a barmaid motivated and passionate about mixology and customer experience. I have an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and practise flair, combining technique and creativity.
Experience at Le Franc Picard confirmed my desire to build a career in the bar industry. I began with a first season as a waitress, where I developed strong customer service skills and learned to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I was then offered a six-month contract as a barmaid, which allowed me to deepen my technical knowledge, refine my cocktail-making skills, and truly discover my passion for mixology. This progression strengthened my confidence, creativity, and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
