Hello, I'm Neil.
Im from dublin Ireland from a small village outside Dublin called Raheny. I always try to bring a fun friendly environment to both my colleagues and guests as to make a better experience for all.
I currently work in the trinity college pub in rome. It is not a traditional cocktail bar but I do plenty of cocktails also from inventing new cocktails on the spot for customers, creating new menus for the bar and also class cocktails. My work ethic is fast paced im constantly on the move taking orders from customers/ making drinks but also helping on the floor as I am also an assistant manager for the bar so I have experience both on the floor but more behind the bar.
