Hello, I'm Brandi Michele.

I am a passionate, friendly, and charismatic bartender with a love of mixology and travel. I love diving into the science of mixology and I love learning new techniques and preparations with a humble and positive attitude.

I'm well rounded, adaptable and easy going. I've been in charge of an entire cocktail/bar program and supervised a team of 4 fellow bartenders. I have been a head bartender in many of my jobs so leadership and being a part of a team comes natural. I thoroughly enjoy working with a harmonized bar team! I've worked in many venues from dive bars, casual and fine dining, and cocktail/speakeasy bars. I currently work in an upscale Japanese restaurant specializing in fresh Asian cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails, as well as in a Mediterranean restaurant that also specializes in fresh fare and bespoke cocktails. Both of which, I work closely with the chef to create cohesive seasonal menus.
