I started as an office worker and ended up working behind the bar because i love staying in contact with the clients, it makes mefeel alive. First of all, I worked in coffee shops where I learned the techniques of latte art. secondly,entering the world of cocktails, I became passionate about mixology, and I gained valuable experience in a restaurant with a classy cocktail bar. Then I moved to a pub, where I especially I used to pour the beers and made lots of cocktails, especially for foreigners. Wanting to understand more about this world, I went to get professional training, considering that it had an international reputation. I took advantage of it.
