Creating an experience to our guest that stays in their memory and emotion, being with a good conversation, exquisite Old Fashioned or a vanguardist signature cocktail. As a History graduate at the Faculty of Humanities in the University of Lisbon with a special emphasis on Food History, i employ many mechanisms and resources that helped (and still helps) to give me the possibility of looking at my work in a different, argumentative and versatile way. With the hability to work fluently in HOST POS, HOST PMS and PHC systems i can assure that my managerial duties are well meant and achieved, both for present and future projects and operations.
